Booking Half-Board and/or Full-Board gives guests the opportunity to experience the restaurants of both Annabelle and Almyra, and now, included for Summer 2024, Antasia Beach Club Restaurant

Airports & Transfer

30 minutes by car from Pafos International Airport (16 km) and one and a half hours from Larnaca International Airport (130 km). Private taxi transfer can be arranged through the hotel.

Baby Go Lightly

Take full advantage of our pioneering Baby Go Lightly service by ordering the following items before your visit: car seat for airport transfers, potties, training seats, high chairs, carriers, buggies, bottles and teats, sterilisers, bottle warmers, baby gyms, baby walkers, baby bathtubs, dry/swimming nappies, nappy bins, toiletries. Please note charges may apply.

Banking/payment

All major credit cards and cash accepted. Exchange facilities available. Payments in different currencies are also accepted. We are unable to accept personal cheques.

External food & beverages

Please note it is against our health and safety policy to bring food and beverages of any kind from outside onto our premises. We provide baby food and cater to individual dietary requirements – please contact us before your visit to discuss any specific needs.

Getting around

Car hire can be arranged on arrival, motorbikes and bicycles also available. Bus directly outside the hotel goes to Pafos Airport and Pafos Harbour (for connection to town and Coral Bay).

Parking

Available on-site at no additional cost. Valet parking is available for hotel guests. Annabelle accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to the contents of vehicles or the vehicle itself.

Pets

Pets are permitted (Please refer to our PET POLICY).

Special Dietary Requirements

Our Executive Chef will gladly tailor a menu to meet your individual needs, from allergies and intolerances to detox programmes. Please contact us before your visit to discuss your individual requirements, including special requests and baby food.

First Aid

A first aid responder is onsite at all times – contact Reception for assistance, including booking a doctor’s visit.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited by law in all of Annabelle’s guest rooms, indoor areas and restaurants.

Dining at Fontana

- Annabelle’s casual dining room offers a tasty breakfast buffet as well as themed dinner buffets.
- Location: Large terrace near the main pool, overlooking the Mediterranean.
- Breakfast: 07:00 – 10:00.
- Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00 from April to October 17:30 – 21:30 from November to March.
- Dress code: Smart casual evening attire, no beach wear, no shorts, flip-flops or beach sandals.
- Children’s menu available.
- Al fresco dining option.

Dining at Amorosa

- An elegant dining experience awaits you in Annabelle’s signature dining restaurant with beautiful views over the pools, gardens and the sea beyond.
- Amorosa offers imaginative, contemporary à la carte menus with seasonal produce
- For lunch, choose from a light menu offering salads, sandwiches and Chef’s classics.
- A junior gourmet menu is available for our younger guests.
- Beverages : 10:00 - 17:00 - Snacks : 12:00 - 17:00
- Lunch : 12:30 - 15:30 - Dinner : 19:00 - 22:30.
- Dress code: - Lunch: Casual - Dinner: Smart casual evening attire. No beach wear, shorts, flip-flops or sandals permitted.

- Small children who require a high chair are not permitted for dinner.

Dining at Mediterraneo

- Relaxed al fresco vibe, enhanced by the stunning seafront location, replete with blue-hued views and palm fronds waving in the breeze: the perfect recipe for fun and feasting..
- As every Italian knows, food tastes better when it is shared, and Mediterraneao focuses on exactly that: sensational platters of fresh-from-the-fields ingredients, served at rustic wooden tables that invite groups to gather round.

- Asteras is Annabelle’s romantic choice: intimate and innovative gourmet dining at candlelit tables overlooking the illuminated water gardens. Open on selected nights in summer only.
- Dinner: Smart casual evening attire. No beach wear, shorts, flip-flops or sandals permitted.

Ouranos

- Awarded the Golden Chef Caps in 2019 as one of the best restaurants in Cyprus, Ouranos Lounge & Bar serves multi-ethnic flavours influenced by our team of Chefs, specially designed platters, and unique individual tapas-style dishes created to give you an opportunity to rediscover the pleasure of sharing. The terrace offers wide-reaching sea and castle views: the perfect spot for a signature Ouranos cocktail or one of 650 incredible gin and tonic combinations, expertly crafted from 50 distinctive gins, 15 premium tonics and a plethora of delicious garnishes.

To respect the comfort and privacy of all our guests, we kindly ask parents to ensure their children refrain from playing and/or using electronic devices in the restaurants. Annabelle guests may dine at our adjacent, sister hotel Almyra, and enjoy signing privileges there.

Live music is played on most nights (from folk and theme nights to restaurant performances).

Ouranos Wellbeing Spa:

Swimming pools

A half Olympic-size pool and a meandering, freeform pool with waterfall

A lifeguard is on duty at the main pool during the summer months. Towels are available at all pools. Children are not permitted to use the pools unsupervised. The use of floating toys is discouraged for health and safety reasons. No swimming is allowed during the evening hours.

Water sports centre

Please note that the water sports activities are operated by external partners. Please adhere to all terms and conditions stated at time of booking. Available activities include: waterskiing, wakeboarding, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, scuba diving (Golden Palm five-star Award), snorkelling, banana rides, tube rides. Stand-up paddleboards, canoes and pedalos, jet skis and various sizes of motorboats may be rented. RYA (Royal Yachting Association) certified sailing courses also available.

Leisure Facilities

Tennis court, squash court and lobby library.

Shopping

Kult Boutique at Almyra, retails a wide range of designer clothes, shoes and swimwear, alongside holiday essentials, international newspapers, magazines and guidebooks. Open Monday to Saturday 10:00 – 19:00. Sundays closed.

Children's Facilities

Annabelle guests can make full use of the Children’s Club at our adjacent, sister hotel Almyra. The Clubs are available for ages 4 months to 11 years from April to October and are open daily except Wednesdays from 9:30-17:30: - Globetrotters: 4 months to 2 years;
- Adventurers: 3 to 4 years;
- Voyagers: 5 to 7 years;
- Pioneers: 8 to 11 years;
Supervised lunches are available for all children’s clubs. Please note: Due to our strict care policies, we are only able to accommodate children of the correct age within each age group. Babysitting and children’s meals are available upon request. Charges apply for all clubs.

Facilities

Choose from 244 airy rooms and suites, with sea or garden view, each with private balcony or terrace. Some suites have plunge pools (sizes vary), sunbeds, heated Jacuzzis and / or fireplaces. Twice-daily housekeeping. Laundry/dry cleaning is available. See full list of amenities below.

In-room safe

In-room safes are provided solely for convenience. They are not intended as a substitute for the fireproof Front office safe – maintained by the hotel and available 24 hours – which we recommend for the safe-keeping of money, jewellery, documents and other articles of value. While we exercise every effort to ensure the safety and security of all personal items in guest rooms, please note that any items left in the room and/or in the in-room safe are left at the risk and responsibility of the owner, and that the hotel is not liable or responsible for any loss of, damage to or destruction of these items by any means, including theft, fire or any other occurrence.

Mini bar

Our mini bars are for the sole use of mini bar items. In accordance with our health and safety policy, they are not to be used as refrigerators for personal perishable items (with the exception of medication and baby food). Any mini bar items removed will be considered consumed and charged accordingly.

Welcome to Annabelle! We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your dog. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies apply to your dog’s stay.

- Dog Fee: Please be aware that a non-refundable dog fee of 25Euros per night will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. Dogs are accepted in Garden Studio Suite, Terrace Garden View Rooms and Terrace Sea View Rooms only.

- Acceptable Dogs: We welcome all well-mannered dogs which are housebroken, vaccinated and not bigger than 12 kilos. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behaviour, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.

- Dog Control / Containment in Public Areas: Dogs are allowed only in outdoor area of restaurants. Dogs must be leashed, caged, or firmly held. Guest must have control of their dog at all times in order to avoid any altercations with other dogs or guests in the hotel.

Kindly note: The hotel is not liable for any dangerous or unacceptable behavior displayed by a dog and the guest will be liable to indemnify any third party for the injury and/or damage and/or loss caused by their dog.

- Dog in Room Sign: Please place the Dog in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your dog is in your room.

- Housekeeping: For the safety and comfort of your dog, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your dog is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your dog, or (c) your dog is caged.
Kindly note: Housekeeping is not responsible for removal of dog waste from the rooms. - Damage to Guest Rooms and Common Areas: ‘I will be responsible for the settlement of any damage caused by my dog’.

- Release & Indemnification: ‘I agree to release, defend, and indemnify Annabelle and the General Manager from any and all claims or damages related to my dog or my dog’s stay at the Annabelle, including any claims by third-parties.’
