Join us on Saturdays this July for our “Wines of the World” dinners in Amorosa. The restaurant was recently renovated to connect indoor and outdoor dining spaces, affording guests tantalising views of the pool and sea. Each week, sommelier George Kassianos chooses three wines from a specific region (such as France, Italy, Chile, or Australia) and advises executive chef Laurent Brun, who then creates a three-course menu pairing each wine with a complementary dish. When you arrive for the dinner, the sommelier will lead you through a flight of the three wines, giving you the chance to taste each independently as he highlights its distinctive qualities. Then you will be seated for your meal, where each course allows you to appreciate the interplay between a wine and the chef’s culinary creation.
