Paphos is really two towns. Kato Paphos runs along the water, ending at the harbour and castle on the breakwater with the fishing boats moored behind it. Ktima sits on the ridge above, where the covered market still supplies the district and the streets are stone-fronted and shaded. The promenade joins the two, and it begins right outside the Annabelle.
