The health and wellbeing of our guests and employees are of utmost importance to us. While we strive to provide an enjoyable and carefree experience at our hotels and resorts, we follow all directions from the Cypriot Health Department to ensure the highest level of safety and security possible. Our property has always benefited from generous space in our public areas for maximum privacy.
Below are some of the measures taken by the hotel:
1. Good cleaning of surfaces, such as doorknobs, toilet surfaces, etc.
2. Cleaning staff are using gloves and frequently wash their hands.
3. Textile surfaces (e.g. furniture wallpapers) are cleaned with a steam device (temperature 70°).
4. All bed and bathroom linens as well as the comforter are cleaned after each departure
5. Table linen is changed for every guest
6. Water quality of pools is monitored daily, monthly external lab tests performed
7. Gardens and outside areas are treated with bio products to prevent spread of insects
8. All HCAAP rules are being adhered to in the kitchens and followed up with government inspections
9. All staff receives H&S as well as chemical and first aid training
10. Hand sanitizer is available in public areas throughout the hotel
