After a complete renovation, Annabelle’s fabled Byzantine Bar has been rechristened as Byz Bar. Our new-look lounge sports marble floors, deep leather seating, a coffered ceiling, and a dark wooden bar. Soft lighting fosters a sophisticated, intimate atmosphere and creates the perfect setting to appreciate dramatic black and white photographs by local artist Michael Kouloumos adorning the walls. Let our mixologist craft a classic cocktail from our extensive menu—our Old Fashioned is made with your choice of over twenty whiskeys and bourbons. With beverage service from 8:00 to 1:00, we offer a full range of non-alcoholic drinks, including coffees, smoothies, shakes, and afternoon tea. Also available is a light menu of appetisers, salads, sandwiches, and desserts (11:00 to 23:00). Evenings find the bar humming with light piano, vocal, and ensemble music (19:30 to 22:30).
